I am a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. II treat a wide range of concerns, including neurodevelopmental disorders, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and challenges related to school, work, and family life.
Before specializing in psychiatry, I began my medical training in family medicine, which gave me a strong foundation in whole-person, integrative care. I completed my BA in Biology at the University of Pennsylvania and earned my MD from the University of Wisconsin. My residency training includes work in urban settings, such as New York City. I have also practiced in rural communities like Monterey Bay, California. These experiences shape the culturally informed and flexible approach I bring to every patient.
In my practice, I tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique strengths and needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, swimming, and maintaining an active lifestyle—things that help me stay grounded and balanced, both as a clinician and a person.
