It provides administrative, technological, marketing and communication infrastructure to support their clinical practice as Independent Contractors, ensuring they retain full autonomy in their therapeutic approach.

OMNIA Health & Wellness Corp. handles the operational ecosystem; the professionals maintain complete freedom to deliver the treatments they consider most appropriate for the wellbeing of their Patients.

OMNIA Health & Wellness Corp. has been formed in 2025 under the law of the State of Florida.

The Founder

Francesca Nasi, Founder & CEO of OMNIA Health & Wellness Corp., is a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst with a strong focus on the autism spectrum and children’s mental health.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of North Texas, and throughout her career she has dedicated her entrepreneurial work to bridging cultures and expanding access to high‑quality healthcare for people living in international communities.

In 2020, she co-founded Reach Aut in Italy, where she operates as one of the two CEOs of a multinational organization operating in the mental and physical healthcare industry.

OMNIA is her latest venture, created to support licensed health professionals and strengthen access to culturally aligned, evidence‑based, empathy-driven healthcare.
